The "New" Roadtrek website is up and running.  You can see the current model offerings, but no idea of delivery status. The manuals section is there as is a list of dealers......

This is an opportune time to download the official manuals for your Roadtrek if you haven't already done so. We carry PDF versions of these and other manuals such as the Onan generator with us when travelling.

The Chevy  models are no longer offered. The Roadtrek company will be showing their Ford Transit based model during an "Open House" in Elkhardt IN  September 23-26, 2019. The Ford Transit model will be there. This may be the same one that the "old" Roadtrek was showing before bankruptcy.  No word yet on availability.

I've wondered which models Rapido will be building. Here is the current Roadtrek website information. It seems the Chevy based 210P and 190 are no more!  The 170 had been removed from the list some time earlier by Roadtrek....

Roadtrek RV Business Sale Progress

According to the document in the link at the end of this post the purchase of Roadtrek by 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗲 is proceeding. 𝗟𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗥𝗩 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟭𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗩𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗚𝗡𝗔 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 using the “Hymer” or “Carado” brand 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. La Mesa has provided a US$1 million deposit. "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗸 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 (Rapido Group) 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 relating to the Roadtrek Business: a. “Roadtrek” branded recreational vehicle inventory, including raw chassis, work-in-process and finished goods and all related raw material and spare part inventory located in Ontario; b. fixed assets and equipment; c. certain prototype vehicles; d. the lease for 20 Tyler Street, Cambridge, Ontario (the “Lease”), including the security deposit but excluding tenant inducements; e. intellectual property solely relating to the Roadtrek Business; f. information technology systems, including hardware, software, licences and associated contracts; g. goodwill; h. business records; i. motor vehicles; and j. all dealer tags in the Receiver’s possession. .....

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗸 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 on “Roadtrek” vehicles forming part of the Purchased Assets for a two year warranty period starting on the date of purchase by a consumer, but only for warranty claims made by the original purchaser. No warranty shall be provided in respect of certain itemized vehicles identified as Excluded Warranty Vehicles under the Roadtrek APA [Agreement of Purchase and Sale] which shall include vehicles potentially subject to the second row seating issue (described in Section 10.0 below). 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀. The Roadtrek APA contemplates that the Roadtrek Buyer may, but is not required to, offer employment to current or former employees of the 026 Page 14 Company (such employees who accept employment offers being “New Hires”). The Receiver understands that the 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗸 𝗕𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟬𝟬-𝟭𝟭𝟬 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 post-Closing, with the stated goal of growing its workforce to more than 200 employees by the end of 2020. Roadtrek Factory Closure - Out of Business

Erwin Hymer North America which manufactures Roadtreks is officially in receivership (bankruptcy) and all employees were given a termination letter dated February 15. The Canadian court appointed the legal firm of Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) as receiver.

The Receiver is empowered to deal with creditors and manage the business. At present, with no current employees, Roadtreks are not being manufactured. The Roadtrek website was shut down for a short period of time but was put back up on February 22.  A termination letter to Roadtrek employees was issued on February 15. All manufacturing has been suspended. Factory service is not currently available.

According to the "Service List" on the Receiver's website this is what Roadtrek owes the creditors:

             $273,609,280 (Canadian) to unsecured creditors.
               $15,133,001 (Canadian) to secured creditors.
